3. Reply to that "THANK YOU" email, with a list of the title(s) you would like free of charge, indicating what format they are (WAV, REX etc) and the value.
REMEMBER, the total value of the free title(s) must be no greater than $100, excluding sales tax (VAT).

Your email could look something like this:
"Hello, I just purchased Spices of India ($29.99) and Pure R'n'B ($49.99). The total cost was more than $69 (excluding sales tax). Please send me a free download link for Phantom Horns WAV/ACID/EXS24/HALion (normally $69.99) and Rhythm Guitar & FX WAV/ACID/REX (normally $29.99). The total value of my free products is $99.98"

.....or maybe your email will be as simple as this:
"Hi, I just purchased Sounds Of Polynesia at $69.99. Please send me a free download link for Deepest India (WAV, ACID) which is normally $99.99"

4. Within 48 hours (but usually within a few hours), we'll send you another email containing the download links to your chosen free product(s). Please be patient if your free download links email doesn't arrive quickly - it's Christmas and we can't be manning the office 100% of the time!!

5. Download all your new sounds!
